can u give me food chart of 14 months old baby I have seen some videos on you tube but I'm confused which on is better..... so can you please send me food chart with food items

Hello ma’am A 14 month old child can eat each and everything there is no bar to feed your child for that so I would just advise you to give everything that you are preparing at home and from the very beginning itself your child will have a habit of eating everything that you prepared at home so far and I don’t know what videos are you talking about till the time I’m not really sure about it I cannot help you with it
