Breakfast : soft dosa with non spicy sambar, oats apple smoothie, multigrain chilla, seviyan upma, potato paneer mash, boiled egg yolk or home made paneer, dhokla, apple puree, wheat sheera with mashed raisins, sattu mix, sattu apple porridge, mashed sweet potato + poha powder, wheat banana sheera, besan coriander chilla, ragi dosa, grated cucumber oats pancake.
Mid morning : mango or mashed banana, mashed papaya, stewed pear, stewed apple, mashed chikoo, stewed peach, grated apple, orange juice, methi tinda pulao, grated and boiled beetroot.
Lunch : roti dipped in Dal palak, moong Dal khichdi, french beans and peas dalia, egg yolk or paneer pulao, roti dipped in carrot moong Dal soup, ragi whole moong soup, palak dhokla, tomato pumpkin soup, mashed potato with butter and crushed puffed rice, pumpkin soup, roti dipped in tomato masoor Dal soup, spinach pumpkin puree, dalia khichdi, roti dipped in carrot beetroot coriander soup, Dal spinach soup + rice porridge, vegetable upma.
Evening : Mother's milk or formula feed
Dinner : Curd rice, mashed rajma with rice, roti dipped in masoor Dal + lauki sabzi, ragi tur Dal puree with mashed rice, palak dhokla, french beans and peas dalia, palak khichdi, cheesy potato, roti dipped in Dal, carrot beetroot coriander soup, moong Dal khichdi, dalia, methi tinda pulao, mashed sweet potato + poha powder, roti dipped in tomato masoor Dal soup, potato paneer mash, pumpkin soup, oats apple porridge, idli with non spicy sambar, wheat banana sheera, tomato pumpkin soup, egg yolk or paneer pulao.
