Can turmeric milk can b given to baby on daily basis

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist1 day agoA. dear mum , yes u can give turmeric milk to ur child daily but add only a very small pinch otherwise galdi included in the food as part of daily cooking is also good enough

Yes you can give it with a pinch of turmeric a lot of people had a lot of turmeric and they don’t realise the amount to be given but it is actually just a pinch of turmeric and Black pepper if you are going to add that much amount then you can give it to the child
