Which injection are you talking about that you have not stated but most of the vaccinations can lead to fever and it’s a common thing from the childhood itself when you get vaccination done at least to fever so which ever vaccination you’re mentioning maybe it can also lead to fever but you haven’t mentioned the name so I cannot be very certain about
