PoornimagopalGuardian of a 3 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. Even some packaged foods marketed as healthy contain large amounts of additives like artificial food coloring. so it is better to avoid packed food. Its better to follow our own traditional foods.In early days we dont have packed foods.
MitikaMom of a 3 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. Home cooked food is the best. you can give apple/pear stew, porridge, daliya, khichdi, boiled vegetable puree... Readymade do not have the nutrition which baby gets from homemade food. And yes, it helps making a bond between you and your baby.

It is not it is normal food that is a packed one you can go ahead with it but don’t make it a habit of giving every time you should always focus on giving healthy home you can give it one time in the day it’s not a problem if you are travelling if you don’t have time then one time in a day is completely fineWrite Your Answer Here
