try to have paracetamol for 24-48 hours twice or thrice a day.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

According to new studies government has given permission to take a vaccination if you are a lactating mother. And even after getting vaccinations you can continue breastfeeding your baby. So yes you can take a vaccination shot on your scheduled date and time
