Can someone tell me which is the best dates brand available in the market? I want to start giving dates to my 10 month old baby, is it the right time to introduce?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. You can introduce dates when your baby turns six months or as soon as you start giving semi-solid foods. Lion syrup is best available option according to me.
