can someone suggest good eye exercises

Mam most common that you can seize with pencil that keep it far away and focus on the pencil and slowly bring it close to your eyes till the time you can see one pencil it’s find the moment you start seeing two pencils you need to stop and repeat the exercise you can do it 15 to 20 times in one go and for what purpose you are looking for the exercise exercises that is not clear to me rest you can check with an ophthalmologist and you can actually google for different exercises
