Can someone help me with extreme headache and vomiting in 37 weeks, I'm new to this app.

So fir now add some salt to water and drink that water slowly it will help to relieve vomitings and headache as when we are dehydrated abd our body is low of electrolytes it happens abd take test eat light yo digest foods
