Can s Cheston cold tablet be given to 10 year old? If yes can recommend dosage? We are out of station and my child has fever. Late night not able to find medical. Pl guide

I don’t know what is the weight of your child but you can give about half a tablet if it is 250 MG half tablet you can give to the child you can mix it with some water just dilute and that’s what you can give to the child and if your child is more than the weight of 30 kg then half a tablet would be there
