Can Paracetamol syrup be given in the gap of 4-5 hrs for fever

A. Hello Dear parent, for 6-7 years old child you can give Paracetamol in a gap of 6 hours. And if fever goes high 101 then you can give Meftal But with doctor’s prescription only.
