I have given paracetamol syrup for every 4 hrs to my baby for fever ,is it safe and my baby was 3 months

A. in right dose you can give

A. Paracetamol is to be repeated every six hours not four hours please take care of that with the fever doesn’t reduce within the time of 72 hours with continuous medication then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance and then it would not be a normal fever
