Can oinment of heparin sodium and benzyl nicotinate(thrombophob) be used for newborn babies. She have a clot in her inner thighs following vaccination against rabies. Can this oinment be applied and how to apply it?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessmebynt is done to find out the euxact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
