can nursing mom take coconut oil in the morning as I was told to consult doctor before consuming on empty stomach .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. I don’t see any problem with Dad but if you have any particular reason that you are taking four then you can talk to Dr regarding this otherwise it is actually not a problem to take coconut oil empty stomach during lactation or normal course of life
