NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello absolutely fine and safe to breastfeed the baby when you are a diabetic mother which is usually not a problem and only in the case your doctor as advised you not to breastfeed then you will talk to avoid it otherwise nothing to worry and not a problem
