it can cause indigestion, constipation, gas , abdominal pain etc
usually it alright within few days or few hours after taking it
please keep your self well hydrated
eat couple of bites less than usual
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
take fennel seeds water or chew some mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice
