Can lumps in the breast can cause fever? I have been pumping for my newborn since a week now as he was in nicu initially. I have caught fever today (11th day from delivery).

If the fever is persistent then consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Take ample rest. Good luck and take care.
