Can lactating moms have instant foods like maggi once in a while? (may be once or twice in a month)

A. Hello mom if you baby is below 1 to 2 months would not recommend that as such foods can cause tummy issues .. and initially later when you tend to have ,have in small quantities if the baby is fine enough not to worry
