can khuskhus or poste ka dana in half teaspoon paste form can be given to my 1yr3 months old kid in milk daily in summers????

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving in small quantities to check the suitability and for better assimilation. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
