can iron drops be mixed to breast milk? My baby spit out the milk after taking the drop

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 months agoA. good to avoid. use dtopper to feed iron drops. feed heriron supplement drop by drop slowly. after feeding burp her well to avoid spit up, milk. all the very best
