Can i wear the postpartum belt while breast feeding or eating or sleeping

While sleeping you have to avoid wearing it rather than this you can carry it whole day and it is totally safe to hear it while eating or a breastfeeding your baby. Mostly doctors advice to continue here it at least for next six months. After that it totally depends on your choice till what time you want to continue wearing or not
