can i use Vicks baby rub as there is congestion in nose of my bub....and if yes should I need to switch off the fan ?

A. no try to avoid cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestavnts like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline fgargles .
