Can I use verka curd for my 10 months old

AnkitaMom of a 3 yr 5 m old girl1 Year agoA. some people were suggesting that curd is of cold nature and mango heat nature so don't mix and give to ur child. is there anything like this to be worr9 about if I mix them n give to toddler?

yes , but better to use the homeade. fresh curd and buttermilk
use the a2 Desi cow milk
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
