Swollen gums , drooling of saliva , cranky irritable baby are signs of it . Give a teether to baby wooden or silicon clean regularly , massage baby gums . Give vitamin d 3 1 ml daily till age of 1 year .

Yes now your baby is five months old and if you want then you can start using it it is Rotary safe to use it regularly for your baby. It helps in Massage in babies gums.
