can I use tedibar soap for improving the baby's complexion?She is very fair at the time of birth .After that she became into black colour.And again her face has slightly improved into fair complexion.But remaining body is dark in colour.Can I use tedibar soap for her to improve colour?Is it effective? Also from one week she is having light red spots on her face cheeks..Little tiny red spots not all over the face .Somewhat on cheeks.Will it reduce using this soap.Please any pediatrician answer this question.
