pacifiers are believed to create nipple confusion that is, they’re believed to interfere with breast feeding.

No You cannot use it as of now you can use on nibbler only after the age of six months not before that it is not recommended to give anything to the child prior the age of six months so little can only be introduced after the age of six months not before that
