can I use lactare tablet for 6 months

A. yes can use
exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age
and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go fxor shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc )
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.

A. hello yes you can have lactare tablet or galact granules till 6 months or more not a problem and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you and incase the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 like Nan Pro stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
