Can I use BESAN AND HALDI mixture as a weekly cleanser for a 4 year old?

A. hello yes pure besan n turmeric can be used nit a oroblem but post that apy mold cream n lotion from any baby brand like babyhug n maontain hydration of the skin which shld be better n also safe too
