ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Belt is effective after delivery till three months.. It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga to reduce your belly fat. Take care and all the best
