A. yes you can.
eat protein rich diet.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly.
walk for half an hour daily.
cut off Sugar and fat from diet . . . .

Yes you can
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
A gentle walk each day can help your body and your mind feel better. You could start with 5 minutes walking around your home. You might like to ask a physiotherapist at the hospital to give you some other good exercise ideas as you start to recover.
