can I use baking soda for my 3yr baby?he has extreme dry skin.He has dark patches in hand and leg.How to use baking soda soda for baby's skin care?

I don’t know how to use baking soda for skin care and not even sure whether you should be using it on the skin of the child or not as far as I know you should not so the skin is dry use proper products on the skin of the child like you can use NMFE vitamin E cream you can use Cetaphil cream that is going to help introducing down dryness into the skin of your child
