can I take sleeping pills while breastfeeding?

A. No dear not at all. it is not recommended to take any kind of unnecessary medication and sleeping pills if you are a feeding mother . I know you do not have fixed sleeping patterns but you have to be patient and handle the baby with love . whichever medicine you will take that will be passed to your child through your milk so better to avoid taking it
