can i take lactaways granules powder 3 times in a day. 10g at 11am, 10g at 6pm and 10 g at 10pm with milk

A. hi twice in a day is enough I would suggest to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this but along with that, I would suggest to give more and more breastfeeds to your child which Naturally increase your breastmilk supply
