Can I take iron tablets and Milmax (Galactococcus capsule) tablets at the same time?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 days agoA. No mam two supplements are not advisable to be taken at the same time you have to take them at different time only and at least maintain a gap of 4 to 5 hours in between two supplements that you are taking
