He does not lead to constipation it is dehydration or not having proper fibre and sometimes it is genuinely problem with some people to have dehydration but if you already under the treatment and medication you may as well cross check with your doctor where in as far as I know contraceptive should not make a problem in this but still you need to check with your treating doctor
