No you should not take that it is not advised by Dr. Because it can create issues in babies. You should maintain a proper diet and add all the nutrition and proteins in your regular diet plan because babies overall growth and weight gain depends on Mother’s Diet . And once your baby turned six months old and you can start giving solids and water
