can I take biotin or any kind of supplements for hair and skin during breastfeeding?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. yes you can give or add diet rich in egg in the diet Take a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

have well balanced meal and have good sleep.
please consult doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment
