can i start top dairy milk for my daughter... can i give hard silicone spout sipper cup to my daughter.. still she is not having teeth..she is having teeting irritation

mam,yes you can start giving external milk.
but as mother's milk is best food for a child ,it is best to offer breasfeeding till mother can.
so , please prefer to offer breasfeeding.
avoid giving external milk atleast one year age.
for teething ,it is best to give silicone teether.
I would suggest Babyhug silicone teether.
