It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside foods. You can start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Include foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, mixed vegetable soup, ragi and sooji porridge, etc.
