can i start giving my baby formula along with breast milk as she is completing 6 months

A. Yes you can give breast milk and formula milk but make sure that you don’t mix them. Maintain a gap between each of those and start solids after 180 days of age only Write Your Answer Here

A. thank you doctor. Is cow milk safe for baby? I didn't give any other milk than breast milk to my elder child till 1 year.. but now my MIL forcing me to give cow milk. but I feel formula is safer than cow milk

A. thanks... breast milk is in sufficient amount.. I just want to introduce something along with breast milk... so is formula milk a good option to start with?

A. If You have less lactation then yes you can start giving formula feeding to the child it is perfectly fine but if you have a good amount of lactation then continue with breastfeeding only rather than giving formula feeding to the child because breastfeeding is always a better choice to go for
