Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. no need to give all this.
Any type of health drink like horlicks bournvita Milo boost etc is not going to help if daily nutrition is poor. Health drinks have lots of sugar and just flavour and should not b given at all to baby less than 2 yrs of age.
Give protein powders like graviva or proteinex only if your doctor recommends it.
Give all types of fresh seasonal fruits rich in vitamin C and vegetables and a whole some nutritous diet for best development of your little one
meeta agarwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello mommy, The minimum age to have Bournvita/Complan/Horlicks is 2 years. These health drinks are not safe to be given to kids before 2 years of age, as your little one's kidneys are not ready to take the heavy load of these foods. As babies surpass the weaning stage, their digestive system starts to accept new foods.
