Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, the recommended age to give semi solid diet to babies is 6 months. Before that you should prefer to guve to breast feed or formula milk. As by age 6 months bahy can be made to sit and also baby is able to hold his head by then. Good luck and take
