can I start a formula milk to baby?? my baby age is 2 months

A. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. In case the breast milk production is low, use a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feedings. This increases the breast milk production. Breast compressions also help. Eat oats and Sabudana. Include garlic, fennel seeds and cumin seeds in your diet. Drink lots of water. Take ample amount of rest. Do not take stress. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables.
