Q.

Pediatricians recommend not giving sugar to a child until 2 years of age. But what about formula milk which contains sugar?

A. Namaste Mom it does contain sugars , so that is the reason to avoid that best to give home made cerelac. also you can avoid refined white sugar instead preferring healthier choices such as jaggery , dates and raisins etc
