Its allways better if you follow your doctor advise with a proper guidance for the concerning matter.

Yes Absolutely you can but keep changing the sides one time left side one time right side because if you continuously make your child sleep on one side ahead may become flat so it’s very important to switch positions in terms of changing the size as well that’s very very important
