Q.

can i offer dark chocolate to my 3 years old. I have heard its rich in anti oxidants and us a good source of iron.

A. you can in limited amount only. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hello dear parent, we'll you can give a little piece of chocolate to your child just for taste. Else do nkt give as a source of iron tl. To increase your child ''s intake of iron, better to give iron supplements or food that are healthy and rich source. Chocolate will not serve your purpose.
