can I mix hot milk in makhana cerlac Powder instead of hot water because my baby is not drinking buffalo milk she likes to drink only breastfeeding

Mam is it mentioned that you can add milk to the powder if not then please take to water only there is a particular formula that is how you’re supposed to make these packaged food let me tell you it’s not healthy unnecessarily giving food is not going to yield good health to your child
