prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables ..

As ur baby is 8 months old, u can give different varieties of food like ragi porridge, sooji porridge, oats porridge, khichdi, mashed rice with daal, besan chilla etc to ur baby
