Can I introduce salt and sugar to my seven month baby in her diet

A. hello Mom if you have started with the semi solid diet and there's definitely you can add little bit of like Pinch of salt and pepper in it but remember not to add too much of it because too much of it can be the harmful for the baby so definitely you can add the spices like jeera powder as well this is good for the digestion also
