Hi mom, woukd advise you to avoid maggi as its packed food with salt , refined flour and other preservatives. try to eat variety of healthy, homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed and junk foods. if you wish, you can cook whole wheat noodles with less oil, and more of colourful, fresh veggies to it.
